Ed Howden is a graduate of the Emory University School of Law where he is pursued a Transactional Law Certificate.  He received his B.B.A. with a double major in Finance and Economics from Georgia State University.  Prior to attending law school, Ed worked for nearly four years in the life insurance settlement industry where he led a team in valuing and securitizing life insurance policies.  Last summer, Ed interned for the Hon. Judge Blum at Gwinnett Country Courts.  


Ed is currently was Managing Editor of the Emory International Law Review and had his comment on the complexities of international crypto-currency regulation published in the law review.  Ed is a native of the Atlanta area and started practicing law in 2016.
